Welcome to Aragon Acres, our little piece of East Texas where big dreams, hard work, and a whole lot of animals come together!
We’re a husband-and-wife team, both honorably discharged U.S. Army veterans, building a homestead and family farm from the ground up.
Our story began in the Texas Hill Country. We met while serving in the Army, and although life took us in different directions for a time, our paths eventually crossed again. We reconnected, fell in love, and got married. Now we’re building something special together.

Our Kunekune Pigs
Our Kunekune pigs are some of the most entertaining residents of the farm. With their friendly personalities and unmistakable charm, they’ve quickly become an important part of our homesteading journey.
Our Chickens
Our colorful flock of chickens keeps us busy and provides beautiful farm-fresh eggs. From collecting eggs to watching the flock explore, there’s always something happening around the chicken coop.
Our Guinea Fowl
Our guinea fowl bring plenty of character and excitement to the farm. They’re curious, vocal, and always seem to have something to announce!
Our Dreams for Aragon Acres
We’re just getting started.
As our farm grows, we plan to welcome Nigerian Dwarf goats and expand into raising quality livestock, selling colorful farm-fresh eggs, and eventually producing handmade goat-milk soaps and candles.
We also hope to share our building projects, lessons learned, successes, mistakes, and everyday adventures along the way.
